Hugo spent 20+ years making complex systems more efficient and predictable — leading engineering teams across three continents, managing product platforms deployed in 30+ countries, and driving cross-functional initiatives where organizational alignment mattered as much as technical execution. He holds a Six Sigma Black Belt and has applied Lean methodology not just to manufacturing, but to the operational and administrative processes where most growing companies actually lose time.

He founded AlignIQ Advisory to give small and mid-size companies access to that same level of operational rigor — without requiring them to build a full internal team to get it. AlignIQ operates as a fractional partner: senior expertise, embedded in your operation, at the scale and duration you actually need.
